I think what he's getting at is like, everyone became rootless cosmopolitans and then like we've lost our national solidarity. I interpret this in the same way that I read a lot of these kind of pseudo-fascists who say their solution to everything is to smooth out a class conflict with nationalism. And then people who either pose a problem to that order or they want a different kind of order, they are, you know, these enemies,. So that's where the anti-Semitism and all that sort of stuff creeps into is cause those people are just apparently inherently against the order that you're trying to promote.
