The game has always, I've always loved the political undercurrent of it all as you do through the lens of anti-colonialism. The contrast between the passion of supporters there and the crowds that I would experience at an American sporting event Just left me envying just the sheer authenticity of what I was seeing on the pitch and in the stands.
