Why Do Some Researchers Don't Think About It?
Go ask people, k, what r your goals? What does your boss care about? You're going to build a relationship in the course of that conversation and learn a lot more context at different parts of the organization. Why do you think some researchers don't think to do this or don't do it? Is it that it just isn't top of mind, and so they just get so fixated on the craft that they spend their time there? Or is it a fear, or an imposterous indrum thing of like, i can't go ask somebody in sails like, what they do? Sound like an idiot,. where do people get stuck?
