A lot of consultances will base your races or have goals for you to get additional certs. One company, they'll give you likea five thousand dollar increase for each additional sert you get. That would be insane for the people with like 20 x, 30 x serts. The certifications are an influence your pay and how much an employer respects you. But you always need to be working on your interview skills also.
