The Notorious 405 has long been known as the busiest freeway in the country especially through the Sepulupa to pass connecting LA's west side with the valley. Elon Musk proposed this giant network of tunnels that would fix congestion throughout the western Los Angeles area. He bought a tunnel boring machine it was actually a second-hand machine that used to dig sewer tunnels in northern California and he starts digging in the SpaceX property which is you know right near LAX.
