The Limitations of Historical Records in Scientific Practice

There is no cognitive cultural divide. But it's not there in scientific practice. So what I'm looking at is how are the epistemic accomplishments of science, how do they arrive from complex systems? The historical record has become even more impoverished as time has gone on. Scientists use brains and minds as well as social practices in order to develop theories. And so the way in which they investigate this kind of environmental interaction is through a method of cognitive ethnography.
