Moses Among the Idols

CNN's John Sutter has been reading the Bible for a year as part of his "Great Books" project. He says art books have helped him understand history in Egypt and Mesopotamia. One book he read suggested that Moses was seen as an idol by some ancient Egyptians. The color palette used to depict these people is consistent throughout their history, Sutter says.
