Can I Learn to Make More Eye Contact?

Ica, i don't think i've eaver been told that before. I'm ot so mispected. A big one for me is, how much of it is something that can be worked on? Can i learn to make more ey contact? This is where the answers, can o be kind of strange, the answer is going to be yes and no. Some people who never master eye contact are still able to live completely fulfilling social lives.
