Go find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home. Just don't sit in your bed. Today's meditation will be a blend of breathing and a visualization. What we're going to do is see ourselves breathing in the outside world and releasing ourself back out on the exhale. This image is real. We just don't see air. And every second, you are taking everything in around you and expelling your quote unquote self back out.
