There's a whole genre of medicine music That's that's developed now even in the Jewish music. what's important when people are in a deep journey is to try and avoid music with lyrics that will engage the rational mind So it could be languages that people don't understand You know mantras often in the Western context, which is kind of there's some lyrics, but it's sort of it's not Words that is going to Entangle the mind because you want to get out of the mind and the rational The whole point of this work and healing is getting into the heart the Emotional space the body.
