Daniel's Fast: A Guide to Intimacy

There's nothing in the Bible that indicates that an intimacy with your spouse is not allowed during your fast. I don't see how that is relevant to disconnecting from the world because loving your spouse or being intimate withyour spouse is not like worldly. The sexual intimacy within marriage is it's holy and so there's nothing unholy there's nothing wicked about it there's nothing sinful about it. A lot of times you will be weak physically your drive for things including sex will be a lot weaker while fasting. So it will be normal and expected if your desire even for sex will be less than usual.
