How Do I Think About It When I Get a Pitch From Someone?

When i get a pitch from somebody, those are the four questions i'm looking at within somebody else's pitch. I tend to be pretty explicit, especially my internal, pretty explicit about those four questions. Other people tend to not be so explicit, because everybody has their own process. If i could find one of those threads, especially the last one about understanding why it might be cheap, if i could find that thread in somebody else's right upand i'm immediately interested.
