What's the Difference Between Support and Military Intervention?

There's a distinction that seems to be drawn between providing direct military support for ukraine troops on the ground, and aircraft enforcing no fly zone. At one point, people thought if you supplied miggs to ukrane, that was an act of war, and considered you were entering the war. And now people don't seem to think that any more. So i think that's a question of second guessing exactly at what point the russian government would think we're now going to engage directly with nato forces. That's not going to be determined by any legal distinction. But as you quite rightly suggest there's high politics involved here. Finall from me.
