Web Assembler - What Wazi Adds to the Menu?

Web assembly does not interact with its outer environment, right? It's very sequestered run time. So wazi defines out what those things look like and how a web assembly module can expose files in a safe way. That little bit enabled us to start building cloud side things instead of browser side things.
