Is It a 16-Week Study?

There's some pretty solid evidence out there that, you know, takinga fish oil, it seems to be pretty helpful if you're trying to recover from extensive exercise. But i just don't see enough there to really get excited when it comes to fish oil for strength and hypertrophy or fish oil for fat loss? Those are things people have been getting pretty jazzed about over the last five or ten years. It kind of helps youto set your expectations pretty low for the actual magnitude and importance of any effect that might be observed in a study like this.
