How to Communicate Overcommuting

It's APM season right now at LinkedIn and I've done like six in the last two weeks. Do people that have graduated two years, one or two years ago still qualify? That's a good question. It may be dependent per per company. And how does it resonate for an AEM? All of them had a side project or started an organization or was pro. You can't just show like your classes and your grade point average. Most of the times they want to see like your interest in building product.
