Blockchain and the Cost of Data Storage

I was acting as a freelance smart contract editor, worked together with the Open Sepadine. I got more and more frustrated that there are many amazing ideas that couldn't be built because of the lack of data in the blockchain space. The bottleneck for oracles in my view was the extra or bit on cost of data storage. And if we can design the oracles in different ways to alternative sources of storage to abstract this data layer and push prices on chain only when necessary, that's the way to move forward.
