How to Go Undercover and Investigate a Politician
Undercover journalism is not easy at all, says Colleen O'Brien. You have to make sure the public interest case is strong enough to warrant going undercover. Once you can get that signed off by lawyers and the editor, you've got to come up with your cover story. But it's a really long-winded process and people, I think, can be a bit sniffy sometimes about undercover journalism.
