Child Mental Health Services - What's the Impact of the Covid Period on School Children?
There are long waiting lists mental health services for children. Some schools are doing things like training up well being counsellors. Children can come back in two or three days a week, until they feel secure enough to step that up to a full week. The age of the child and their level of understanding of the world around them make a big difference to how they reacted to such an event. For the young ones, it was a a complete focus into the home.
