Some pastors have a native reflexive interest in these issues, and they want to discuss those issues. "I'm not seeking to do politics for my privilege, my dominance because it's because I genuinely want to see people thrive," Jeffress says. If we believe order is given to us by a creator, we're necessarily going to want to see that order reflected in our common lives together as evangelicalism.
