Would you typically have had to have a citio title in the past to be high as a cityo? If not, what what other roles would be considered by companies when they're hire ing for a citio? I don't you need to o. If you needed to have a cto title to be a cto, then there wouldn't be very many ct osso i think that you don't need to have one to be able to being a cto.
