The Outlier Bias

What works for one person mayt work for some one else. People tend to overlook context when they're thinking about this ation, i think there's two different pieces. What we need to do is understand what are their wants, their desires, their personalities, their needs. And everybody's going to be different, and that's what we need to recognize,. How do we get into somebody else's shoes, somebody else's head, so that we can actually speak to they need, rathern what we think they should have.
