The Effect of Vitamin D on Muscular Fatigue in the Lower Body

Vitamin D and strength was the same for upper body and lower body if not you could actually make the argument it was a little bit more reliable in the upper body than the lower body. It definitely went against that concept that it's having a bigger proportionately stronger effect on the lower body musculature from a physiological perspective once that sensitivity of measurement is kind of equated. The other thing that really pushed me over the top for justification was there was a different meta analysis that involved included several other studies including hand grip strength I think yeah.
