The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith

Adam Smith was actually a moral philosopher. He would not fight these standards ever self-identify as a capitalist, if anything he would identify as a conscious capitalist. And so what I would say though is just think about it from a business perspective. If you treat your own people who work for you in a business well, do you think you're going to get more out of them than if you Treat your own people like crap? That's the way Adam Smith sees it.
