TensorFlow and ML Commit Kit?

TensorFlow is used for all this stuff because I also get a bit confused where when are we using TensorFlow and when are we use ML commit kit, which I think is on top of that or is that just not something you deal with it? So you can use TensorFlow like in production, which is one of the advantages of TensorFlow. The goal is to kind of push the value somewhere between zero and one.
