The Importance of Focused Strategic Time
Biking every single day for 14 weeks is a lot but in general it's been good and my fitness has improved so much I can track they have something called FTP tests. My ideal what I think is humane to work is 20 to 30 hours a week 30 being a max if there's a lot going on. With clear focused strategic time about a four-hour sprint every day or even better yet a six-hour sprint three times a week Tuesday Wednesday Thursday is enough.
