The Role of Questioning in Coaching
Time bound, very relevant for where I wanted to take this because you're talking a lot about questioning being a real important part of a game space approach. And again, coming back to that engagement learning relationship and the tension, the game bound nature of this. So definitely, Mike Metzler talks about when to ask and when to tell. There's some work on guide on the side, our sage on the stage. We know strongly guided is more appropriate. You don't want to be asking leading questions, but at the same time, you definitely have to get in there and get your hands dirty.
