You can hold both parts of this, right? You don't have to invalidate your frustration to accept a and accepting yet doesn't mean you're not frustrated. What i would suggest maybe to help nudge yourself further along the path might be something like trying to find a montra or something to repeat right a. Just re repeating an intentional thought about the situation can do a lot to help you move to where you're trying to get to with it. A meditation also can lead you into being in kind of a wise mind space which can help you in any decision making you might need to be in.
