I think putting it out there is important. One of the exercises we have is what we call our three by five exercise, you know, on a three by five card, basically write down what are you today. What do you want to be tomorrow. And really thinking about it and writing it down is important. I put my three by 5 card on the refrigerator every day so that I keep my objectives clear. It's just an interesting example of just even putting it out in your little world that the things that happened.
