In terms of the closest cousins, who would you say are the closest cousins to CBC? Well, that's an interesting question, because it sort of depends on how you define your CBC. Acceptance commitment therapy is very much about driving towards your forming of values and trying to diffuse from your thoughts. compassion focused therapy is a close cousin, but they're also, they're very much part of the family.
