The Senate's Social Media Bills Undermine the Constitution
Governor says he would prefer the Congress Act, which has broad bipartisan support. "We don't expect that we're going to be able to prevent every young person from getting around this," Gov. Gary Herbert said. He expects other states to follow his lead and then help Congress come to an agreement on how to deal with social media issues.
