The Omni Channel Is Really Powerful
In most of our businesses, we communicate with our clients through one medium and only one. So the idea of almost being able to start creating and bringing these together to create Omni channel that then fits for each customer is really powerful. How do I get them to go to our audio content? How do I getting them to going to SMS? Maybe Twitter is their main source, but I could find that out and start blending those different avenues.
