Is there any evidence to suggest that the injury risk is less with a minimu shoes compared to te traditional shoes? I think it really depends on the tipef researc you look at. One of the biggest wrist factors whith the barefoot style running is the metatarsal issue. So if you're putting more stress through them when they're not used to it, that can lead to a under recovery, stress fracture, stress reactions.
