i didn't even notice that jeff blitt's really trying to stick to traditional documentary. I remember that about him well, he was a documentarian. And i know that jen worked really closely with him, so it also makes sense to me that she would want to adhere to it as well. So this really starts a whole bunch of deleted scenes that jin was talking about. One of them involves keven, just in the fact that he doesn't know how to relate to jim any more as a boss. He ends up over sharing a lot of things he shouldn't be saying to a boss.
