Skyler Baylor is a woman who was recruited to swim at Harvard University on the women's swim team and then decided that she wanted to go through transition medical care. Had a double mastectomy and injected testosterone and then was granted a position on the men's team at Harvard so is considered by many to be the first D1 trans athlete I think maybe to compete on a men's varsity team.
