OGC Standards
GeoPods is a newly published standard in OGC. It came to us through interaction with the augmented and virtual reality community. The pose is that sixth degree of freedom orientation of an object where it is in space, XYZ,. And how it's facing the Y'all pitch role or whatever paradigm you want to use for describing all six of those dimensions. We'll see it probably integrated into other OGC standards as well as those that are evolving for the ARVR and even metaverse worlds now.
