The Softfor Engineering at Google by Tom Mantreck and Tom Wright

The book is called softer engineering at google. It was released by o'reiley in 20 20 and is now available on line if you have an account with them, or you can read it for free on the web. Reading it on line could be tricky, though, due to gogle's choice of an extremely thin font. They probably thought that softfor engineering at google is so difficult that even reading about it should be as hard as possible. You can always use your brows as reader view though.
