To really ensure you break even in your first year of business, find a country that doesn't have a big budget in the town planning for payments in parks. Everywhere I go, I see the same old shitty inauthentic Italian chain restaurants. I know they serve a purpose, but I will be caught dead before I set foot in one of them again.
