The Importance of Community Agreements in Education

We know that educators are here because they want to help kids. And so we just have to help them learn how to help those kids in ways that maybe they didn't get training to do whether that was in their career post-secondary or even in their time as a teacher. We don't necessarily always train our teachers how to attend to students social and social skills. So we're happy to be able to do that work and help each other out. It's something that I think is an incredible way that we can set up our classrooms.
