Nichol: For me it's been about, this is the impact i want to have. Pamela: I don't think i really embraced my agency in way until a few years ago. And so i see that, particularly for women, for people of color, that sometimes we so grateful to to be in the seatthat we don't realize that we have the power and the authority over our careers.
