The use of euphemisms to get around these issues is no longer good enough, he says. People need to be answerable for their human rights problems and leaders should take a look at the way they treat their own people. The more energetic civil society members are, the more likely that you're going to have a reaction from them - it's often like that. We talk about a world changing, why don't we start with that? Perhaps that could take us some distance.
