Talk to the manager allows guests to share feedback or ask questions in a way that makes them feel comfortable and is also convenient to you. Using talk to the manager is so intuitive that no technolege is required. From a technology standpoint, there should not be a point of sale system in the store any more. In five years, ah, i know the p o s guys would hate to hear that, but essential, all of that should disappear. The other aspect i think we'll see, especially around block chain, is starting to see source supply,. things of that nature that start to play into it.
