Introduction

Cheryl Akison is suing the government for illegal intrusion of her computers when she was a CBS News investigative correspondent. In January 2013 Cheryl learned that forensics indicated a government intel agency had engaged in a long-term monitoring effort of my CBS computers and devices as well as the devices belonging to my family. A source helped me get my computer to a source and a source who had experience and was able to locate government spyware in my computer, which they then tried to erase their tracks.
