i'm such a civil libertarian that i would come down on the side of hat that your biometric should be as protected as your passwords. I used to turn off the attention feature, cause, for a while i had sunglasses that didn't work. But anyway, again, it is an interesting legal distinction. It's whereas ask toake, not legal advice, but like, they have physical rights to you,. They can finger min to you, they can ritograph you, but they can't compel you to say anything.
