The Price of Baked Goods
Food prices have kept UK inflation in double figures and put more pressure on household budgets. The average price of bread went up by 18.9% in the 12 months to March. British retail consortium says that it expects consumer food prices, including bread, to start coming down over the next few months in line with inflation. But until then at least, I think I'll keep baking my own.
