Do You Have a 50-50 Partnership?

Josa: It takes a lot of things to make a 50-50 partnership work. Early on, particularly when you're growing and your uni tableau overhead, i would focus on finding deals. He would focus on managing contractors and the fix up. And so we could aford it, sort of divide and conquer early on. We probably buy three or four new rentals a year. Some of those are multi units. So we're doing a much slower pace than that.
