Is There Any Evidence That Music Can Help Overcome Conflicts?

There's some fear amongst musicians that the National Dhamma for the Arts are going to go away in the next few years. Do you see Sonos or Apple Music as potentially being willing to fill some of the funding voids that the NEA might leave behind? Or is that something that will be a big irreplaceable loss? If I were Trump, I would double down on arts education because that's what he's talked about wanting to be the president for all of us.
