Since the 19 seventies, between a quarter and a third of latinos have supported the republican party. That has stayed fairly consistent across those 70 years. It's been pretty consistent within that 25 to 33 % range, even as the republican party has shifted dramatically. So many latino republicans, i think, have just moved with the party.
