How Do I Know When My Baby Is Sleeping?
Teka: I don't really use a lot of sleep tracking, but i'll spin this little bit and talk about this. Having a new born in the house, i actually end up using a tracking ap for like tracking when the baby sleeps. It doesn't usually help me to have a computer tell me that i had a bad night's sleep. The closest thing i have is friends who tell me to go to bed when iam still visibly awake in the u k.
