The Role of Physical Fitness in Keeping a Balanced Life

Gymnast Christian allen said she wouldn't recommend her kid to pursue becoming a champion because of the extreme level of sacrifice necessary. She would have preferred that she had a more balanced life, and this was coming from some one who made it to thea absolute top of her sport. One thing i notice is that most of the top players are not over weiht. And after a day of playing, you know, you just can't think any more.
